About the Role
Modern Niagara is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Finance to help shape the next evolution of its corporate finance function during a period of continued growth, complexity, and transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will provide senior-level oversight across FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, and strategic finance initiatives, while helping build a more scalable, aligned, and forward-looking finance organization.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and operationally strong finance leader who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to an evolving environment. They will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to strengthen enterprise planning, improve decision support, modernize finance processes, and support the continued evolution toward a more centralized and scalable operating model.
This is a high-impact mandate for a builder-oriented leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, leading through change, and balancing enterprise-level thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to influence across both finance and operational leadership teams.
